Professional Experience:-

Abdullah AlMickenze has worked as a lawyer and legal consultant with a number of law firms and companies. He has also served within in-house legal departments, where he assumed responsibility for managing and overseeing legal affairs, including advising senior management, managing contracts and disputes, supporting governance and compliance matters, and overseeing a broad range of corporate legal matters.

His professional experience spans multiple sectors, including finance, real estate, energy, industry, healthcare, hospitality, construction, banking and finance and insurance, providing him with exposure to a diverse range of legal matters across different business environments. risk managment

His disputes experience includes litigation and representation before courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and arbitration centers, as well as managing contentious matters, preparing legal studies, and handling negotiation, mediation, settlement, and engagement with opposing parties throughout the dispute process.

On the corporate and commercial side, his experience includes contracts and commercial transactions of various types, corporate matters and governance, restructuring and corporate transformation, and trademarks, complemented by specialized knowledge in domestic and international commercial arbitration, foreign investment, intellectual property, and international commercial transactions.
